I made a note in our questionnaire in the condo about being locked out one night due to the screen/security door locking when we closed it. We felt that Martha wasn't friendly about it.   Location is great, beach is 20m away , nice and sandy if you go to the water more than 5meters there would be small corals or stones. Place is really calm , food stores and restaurants are very close even on foot. Kitchen is fully equipped and the manager Martha took very good care of us. The apartment is very close to the pool and to the beach as well and it is not noisy at all.

  We stayed at this property for a week in March. The condo is very nice. It’s right beside the pool and just a few steps away from a nice beach where we saw turtles resting. It’s centrally located, with easy access to many restaurants, beaches, and grocery stores. The condo is well stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals, and also has nice grills on the property. The property manager is quick to respond to any questions, and is easy to work with.

  As a couple wanting to spend a couple of weeks relaxing in Maui this was the perfect venue. The suite itself was very nice, not luxurious but nice. It was clean and well equipped with extra towels, kitchen utensils and beach accessories. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained, the pool was large and clean. The BBQs were modern and clean. The beach where we saw multiple Green Sea Turtles resting daily was a 30 second walk from the pool. We intend to go back to this facility as it checked all the boxes for what we were hoping for.

  Nice pool and beach. Walking distance to shopping and services.
  This year there were some partiers (but quiet by 10) and a few kids not controlled well by parents. Too noisy to eat at bbq or enjoy happy hour on our lanai. This was the first time we experienced this.

The complex is so beautiful and the neighbors were very friendly. It has everything you'll need for your stay, including chairs, snorkels and boogie boards for the beach. The beach is beautiful, clean and not at all crowded and be sure to go out late at night or early in the morning to see some sea turtles! We have already referred friends and family to this rental and we will definitely be back in the future!

  We have stayed here yearly for awhile now and it never disappoints. The condo complex has a private feeling and yet all the guests or owners are very pleasant and friendly. The condo view, etc. is exactly as pictured, if not even better in person. You walk out the condo and walk a few feet to the beach/ocean. Condo is equipped with all that is needed to make it a home-away-from-home (kitchen, etc.). Grocery shopping and restaurants are literally in walking distance. Martha (manager) is an excellent communicator and always is very welcoming and helpful. We stayed a month this time and are already ready to go back! We are missing walking a few steps down to the beach each night to watch the sunset!

Stores are restaurants are in walking distance. The setup of these condos lends itself to a "family" feel. Guests gather at the barbques in the evening and have drinks on the beach at sunset.   Only downfall was the air conditioning only being in the bedroom. With the high winds daily, they dont blow directly into the unit, so it did get very warm inside. We were gone most days and it wasnt anything that they pool or ocean couldnt help to solve.

  We have stayed on this property for the last 6/7 yr and have never had an issue. This yr, we inadvertently left without turning off the ac. The property manager came by to say hi as she indicated (never in the times weve stayed has she done this). She knocked on the door no one answered went around looked in the patio doors and because the ac was running let herself into the condo for no other reason. Perhaps we didnt want to answer or perhaps we were "busy". She had no way of knowing. She let herself in and turned off the ac. Later, she phoned me and was completely unprofessional. How can she trust what I'm saying, have we done this since we arrived etc.. some of my belongings were moved the previous day and I thought it was odd. Makes me wonder if she was in other days as well.

  Good stay at unit #123. Clean and tidy when we arrived and everything we needed on site. Kitchen in good condition and bathroom was great. Stayed with our two kids who shared the pullout couch with no problem. Boogie boards, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, all in this unit.
  The location was great for our family. Quiet at night, close to the market and some good restaurants. BBQ area is awesome and great place to chat with other visitors. We will definitely try to stay here again, and would recommend to anyone.

  It was my first time going to Hawaii and I wanted to pick a place to just relax and unwind. This condo was everything I needed if not more! The directions were easy, the checking in was easy, and checking out was easy. I loved when we walked in how the
  place had cute little flowers spread out in random areas of the condo. I loved that the condo was near a grocery store, we walked most of the time to get what we needed. I also loved how close to the beach we were, the moment we checked in we automatically
  walked to the beach and started our vacation. I appreciated that there were beach chairs, sand toys, towels, and sunscreen! I thought it was extremely helpful that there were your basic seasonings and a few condiments in the fridge. It made making breakfast
  and lunch a lot easier for us. I also liked how there were tupperware and foil so we could easily store our left overs. We didn't use the pool while we were there because we wanted to enjoy the beach but they kept it clean everyday. I am bookmarking this place
  because I will be coming back, I am also helping a friend plan out her vacation in Maui and I am referring her to here!

  We had an absolutely unforgettable time in Maui and a large part of it was the incredible rental. Martha took care of everything. There was a pack & play with bedding ready for our 2 year old; all of the cooking supplies you would ever need, plus ample Tupperware for leftovers and beach snacks. The bed was extremely comfortable as well. You also can’t get a better location on Maui. Kihei was close enough to the action but far enough away that jr felt like your own private oasis. The beach was perfect with clean sand and clear water. Almost like having a private beach as jr was only really used by other condo guests. We will definitely be back. Hopefully soon.

  Just back from a wonderful experience. The unit was well-maintained, well-situated and perfect for my mother and me. Lanai was beautiful and one of the most private on the property due to the beautiful landscaping. Beach was amazing - very quiet and we felt like we were on a private beach.   We have stayed in this property area several times and in this particular condo multiple times. We love the feel of the area... like a home neighborhood. The pool and the beach are literally outside the condo...and in close walking distance are grocery stores and places to eat. It's a fairly quiet area, which we enjoy. The view is gorgeous, the grounds are kept emaculate, the condo is very clean and comfortable, the beach is beautiful and not at all crowded (except for turtles now and then!), and the pool is clean and very well maintained. Martha Ingalls is very wonderful to work with, as are the managers and owners of the condos. We have it booked again for next year and if we could, would stay for months! We highly recommend this property for a relaxing, fun-filled, sunny vacation!

  If you have ever been to Kihei you know how busy it gets. At Martha's condo you feel miles away from the madness Kihei can be. The ground floor location makes it an ease to go in and out of. The concrete construction of the building keeps neighbor noise to practically zero. The pool is amazing. The beach is only 50 yards away where on our first day we had a huge green sea turtle beached above the low tide line. I could go on and on about the condo, it's a very, very peaceful place. Mahalo to Martha, she takes any stress out of the rental process. My wife a I will definitely return to Martha's condo.

  We got in contact with the property owner for condo #123 located at the Waiohuli Beach apartment complex through a contact at a local dive shop. We had not previously looked at the description of the place but immediately upon entering the condo we knew we made the right decision. The place is perfect to say the least! The condo is spacious, very well maintained and clean. It contains a large variety of items, including a fully furnished kitchen, fully furnished living room and bedroom, TV, wireless internet access, towels and even a range of beach equipment that was available to the guest. The condo is conveniently located on the ground floor with a small porch equipped with table and chairs allowing to eat outside. A clean and well maintained pool is in reaching distance from the condo and a beautiful Maui beach is just few feet behind the lawn extending in front of the two-story apartment building. There are also three fully furnished BBQ grilles available to the guest on the property.
  
  In general, the outdoor areas around the apartments and pool are very clean and well maintained. The place is very quiet and perfect to relax. Waiohuli Beach Hale is located in the center of Kihei and in walking distance to a supermarket (Times) and a range or shops and food places including the delicious Nalu’s South Shore Grill. Within the next two miles South on Kihei Road there is a large variety of more restaurants and shops.
  
  If you are planning to stay in the Kihei area, Waiohuli Beach Hale #123 is the perfect place to spend your holidays and relax on Maui! It is perfectly located for day trips to Hana, Lahaina or up the mountains to the peak of Pu'unianiau. Also, the condo is very affordable for all the amenities it has to offer to the guests.
